LLCC Quarterly Meeting May 2012

In order to stay competitive and under the lime light of the community it is ever so important to be visible in print media over the internet to attract more viewership and following.

LLCC (Lathrop Lions Cricket Club) understands with the ever changing tides in our economy it is getting harder to retain viewership and consistent following by print media alone. Even though being in the facebook, ipod, smart phone and information age, it is very important that the media content attracts patrons to your website; with exciting news, where followers become repeat accessory to your organization.

Either news comes from print, TV spots (Good Morning Sacramento) or new press releases it is all about “Bringing people to a robust, fast, easily accessible, users friendly website or facebook community sport page; that delivers content in an efficient manner” Samantha SVP., Marketing – LLCC.

During a quarterly meeting between the President/Founder of LLCC (Lathrop Lions Cricket Club) and Senior VP of Marketing, Ms. Samantha; new innovations were discussed that would launch LLCC to the community, bringing more viewership and visibility. There were several other issues that very brought to the forefront, pertaining to local businesses being involved, acquisition of sponsorships for the team and players. In conclusion, principals of LLCC’s main focus at the present time is to recruit, retain members to the club, acquire sponsorship, and bring awareness of Cricket in the Lathrop community.

WE ARE DIVERSIFIED

Our diversity is our strength! As more and more cricket leagues within United States are becoming sport centric; LLCC (Lathrop Lions Cricket Club) on the other hand is welcoming diversity with open arms. "Cricket needs to be shared with the world"; "We (LLCC) are proud of what we have achieved and have been very lucky in getting players from such diverse backgrounds" LLCC President/Founder Ocran A.

LLCC's present and future growth relies on one thing and one thing ONLY; diversification, sharing, teaching of the sport to players from backgrounds such as baseball, soccer, American football and other respected sports.  The secret to our success has been acceptance from these players the wiliness to try something new and they have embarrassed not only the sport. These players have become ambassadors for the sport; promoting cricket with a passion.  LIONS (LLCC) have a great future!
